1.2 Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

1.3 Subscription, Billing & Credits

Auto‑renewal

Paid plans renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as chosen at checkout) unless you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain plan benefits until the current period ends.

Credits

Certain features consume prepaid "Credits." Credits have no monetary value, are non‑transferable, and cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash. Expired or unused credits lapse automatically and are non‑refundable.

1.4 Refunds

The Service offers free features that allow you to evaluate functionality before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had a reasonable opportunity to assess the Service and are making an informed buying decision. All purchases, including subscriptions and credits, are final and non‑refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Upload malicious or illegal content
Attempt to reverse‑engineer or disrupt the Service

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without prior notice.

Moely retains all rights to platform code, interface design, model architecture, and service outputs. Your original input content remains yours.

For content generated through the Service, you receive a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license for lawful personal and commercial use. Moely does not guarantee that outputs are free from similarity to third‑party content or immune from third‑party claims.

By uploading content to the Service, you grant Moely a limited, non‑exclusive license to process that content solely to the extent necessary to provide and maintain the Service. This license does not extend to model training.

1.7 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

AI‑generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for how you use or rely on any output.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moely shall not be liable for: (a) service interruptions or data loss; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service; or (c) acts or omissions of third‑party AI model providers.

Moely's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Moely in the 12 months preceding the claim.

1.8 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
